For as long as I can remember, I’ve been involved in working in PR – whether to promote my own family’s small food business and latterly working to manage PR strategy for Scotland as a destination across Europe.
With a dual passion for both the food and tourism industries, I’ve worked to promote businesses of all different shapes and sizes from food producers, restaurants and festivals to art galleries and area tourism campaigns. I’ve helped these organisations develop their PR activity with practical tips and a particular knowledge of the UK’s lifestyle media.
In short, it would be hard to beat my combination of hands-on experience, practical experience of what works and passion for Scotland’s food & drink and tourism sectors.
